In 2009, NJPR acquired Normann Staffing Services, a well-known company in the temporary and permanent placement industry for clerical, administrative and light industrial staffing. With 50 years of experience, Normann Staffing Services works across a wide spectrum of service, manufacturing and distribution companies.
Management Team
Barbara J. Parmese, President & CEO
Barbara J. Parmese with over 45 years of experience in HIM and strong leadership skills with a focus on customized client support she has served as President & CEO of NJPR for over 20 years. She previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, assuming full direction of the day-to-day operations of the company in 1998. Ms. Parmese has been an active member of the New Jersey Health Information Management Association (NJHIMA), serving as a board member for more than 15 years and sits on the Advisory Board for two New Jersey HIM programs. Ms. Parmese has been an active volunteer with non profit agencies for over 35 years.
Peter K. Finelli, DO, DFASAM, CHCQM, ACOFP, Executive Vice President
Peter K. Finelli, DO has thirty years in an administrative capacity at NJPR, serving as a physician advisor to staff and clients for many of those years. Dr. Finelli is a practicing physician in addiction medicine and has served in several administrative capacities. He was the first U.S. physician to be certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM). In addition, his credentials include:

Ken Graber, Senior Vice President
Ken Graber has over 35 years of service with NJPR and has been responsible for the design and implementation of numerous and diverse information systems throughout the company. As the primary information services liaison for NJPR clients, Mr. Graber provides design, upgrade and customization for various information technology projects such as dictation, transcription, document distribution and reporting need.
Diane Gold, Director of Transcription Services
Diane Gold has more than 30 years of medical transcription experience. She has been with NJPR for more than 25 years and has been Director of Transcription Services for over 20 years. Ms. Gold manages the daily operations of NJPR’s medical transcription department and oversees the implementation of client contracts and all aspects of training. She develops policies and procedures for transcription-specific department activities. Ms. Gold is a member of the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity (AHDI) and is a Certified Medical Assistant.
Diane Stoner, RHIT, CCS, Director, Coding and Education
Diane Stoner, RHIT, CCS has more than 25 years of experience in health information management and coding. Diane has been with NJPR for more than 20 years and as Director of Coding and Education directs all educational programs for both clients and NJPR staff. Ms Stoner is instrumental in the development of coding support services and serves as a resource to several clients and health information management associations. In addition to being an AHIMA Approved ICD-10 Trainer, Diane has extensive experience in a wide range of healthcare settings. Ms. Stoner is a member of AHIMA and a frequent speaker at NJHIMA educational programs.
Michele Miskiv, RN, CCS
Michele Miskiv, RN, CCS has more than 38 years of healthcare experience; with over 30 years in coding. Michele serves as a Senior Health Information Management Consultant. As an AHIMA Approved ICD-10 Trainer, Michele has extensive coding experience in a wide range of healthcare settings and works closely with HIM and CDI departments.
Diana Black, SHRM-CP, PHR
Diana Black serves as the Human Resources Manager for NJPR and brings over 25 years of human resource expertise. Ms. Black has experience in all aspects of employee management and is an active member of both local and national human resource professional associations.
